My first time at Lexus Laval was a great experience.
Dealing with Emil was a complete pleasure. He was honest, calm, and responsive to all my questions. He never pressured me into buying the car and was truly a man of his word. Thank you very much, Emil.
His director was also a true gentleman and very easy to deal with. Thank you very much to him as well. They were both very kind throughout the entire process.
Even the delivery experience was excellent thanks to the help of Bob and Alexa.
Nowadays, it is not often that you receive such good service. I truly appreciate it, and I highly recommend Lexus Laval and their team.
